Gaojiaocong

In Mandarin, "gaojiao" means "tall footed," here referring to the stipe, which is longer than in other "congjun" species. Note the blue discoloration on the pores, which occurs when the mushroom is bruised. Some people also call this mushroom "shuibaicong".

 

用普通话,这种叫“高脚”,指的是它的菌柄,这比比其他 “congjun” 的品类更长。注意当蘑菇伤痕累累的时候,毛孔会变蓝。有的人也把这种蘑菇叫 “shuibaicong”。
